Community Emergency Service:
From Hungry to Hopeful
Community Emergency Service (CES) is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that transforms lives by helping neighbors in crisis. Through food delivery, grocery support, and human connection, CES has become more than a service—it’s a place where people come hungry and leave hopeful.
Each year, CES supports nearly 150,000 people through programs designed to meet real needs with dignity and compassion. From home-delivered meals to in-person shopping at the community food market, CES is deeply rooted in the idea of neighbors helping neighbors.
Ways to Get Involved:
• Food Market: Help stock shelves, assist shoppers, or pack grocery orders for after-hours pickup.
• Meals on Wheels: Pack meals from 8:30–10:00 a.m. or deliver to homebound seniors between 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• Ani-Meals: Sort, pack, and deliver donated pet food once a month to Meals on Wheels clients.
Supporting CES means helping strengthen the community we all share.

Bridging: Furnishing Homes with Hope
Bridging is a Minnesotan nonprofit that helps individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness and housing insecurity. By providing quality furniture and household goods, Bridging supports people as they move into stable housing and start building a true home.
The idea began in 1987, when Fran Heitzman donated a piece of furniture to a young family in need. That small act of generosity grew into a powerful mission: connecting people who have extra with those starting over. Since then, thousands of volunteers and donors have helped furnish thousands of homes across the Twin Cities and beyond.
How to Support Bridging:
• Donate gently used furniture and household items
• Volunteer in the warehouse or at events
• Help spread the word in your community
Everything helps and every effort adds up to lasting impact.

CSI's Community Impact Days
At CSI Tech Corp, we believe in giving back to the community that we serve. Each quarter, our team volunteers at a local non-profit during regular business hours for a good portion of the day. By engaging in volunteer work, we not only enrich our community but also foster strong team-building experiences for our staff. Within the past year we have contributed over 20 hours of service. Here are six projects we were proud to support.
