That Disrupt Your Workday
We support Minnesota organizations with day-to-day IT disruptions.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience serving Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Scott, and Carver across the Twin Cities metro area, we’ve diagnosed and resolved every type of operational infrastructure issue. Whether it is a single user blocked by a Microsoft 365 access failure or a catastrophic network outage freezing your entire facility, we deliver immediate clarity and technical relief.
If your team is currently facing any of these operational blockers, let’s talk right now.
- Network & Connectivity Disruptions: Computer won’t connect to the local network, corporate Wi-Fi is dropping clients, or the office internet connection is completely down.
- Remote Work & Access Failures: Remote hardware VPN is not connecting, secure remote desktop connection (RDP) is down, or employee access tokens have expired.
- Cloud & Identity Management Issues: Critical Microsoft 365 (Office 365) login loops, Outlook profiles not syncing, or multi-factor authentication (MFA) lockouts.
- Local Hardware & Infrastructure Outages: Critical office servers are down, corporate printers are non-responsive, or shared local storage is inaccessible.
- User Onboarding & Data Migration Hurdles: Urgent help needed moving files to a new computer, recovering corrupted local data, or resolving employee system lockouts.

Your questions, answered
What counts as an “incident” that CSI Tech Corp can help with?
Anything from a computer glitch or network outage to a phone system failure. If technology is stopping your team from doing their job, it qualifies as an incident.
Do I need to be an existing client to get incident response support?
No. Our emergency IT services are available on-demand with zero contract friction. You do not need a long-term managed services agreement to get аirst-come, first-served assistance from our technicians. Existing clients can also open a support ticket directly through their portal.
How fast can I expect a response?
If your organization has an active service agreement with us, you can count on guaranteed, round-the-clock emergency IT support 24/7/365. Your issues are prioritized immediately based on the strict timelines outlined in your contract.
If you are a non-contract customer seeking on-demand help, we provide services scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis during our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). While some issues are resolved right away via secure remote access, on-site visits are scheduled as technicians become available.
Do you offer remote support, or does someone have to come to my office?
Both. Many issues can be resolved remotely, but our systems are built so our engineers can go on-site when a problem needs hands-on attention.
What areas does your incident response team cover?
We provide on-call and on-site support across the seven-county Twin Cities metro area (Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Scott and Carver).
What happens after my issue is resolved?
Once your immediate IT issue is fixed, our focus shifts to preventing it from happening again. For clients on an active service agreement, we provide monthly health reporting that analyzes the frequency and root causes of your IT disruptions. This helps us recommend long-term engineering fixes instead of repeatedly patching the same problem.
If you are an on-demand, non-contract client, we will hand over a clean system and a summary of the fix so your team can get back to work immediately.
