I have been working with Mark at CSI for years surrounding my small mechanic shop business. He helped initially set up our entire networking system and he and his entire team are always readily available and extremely knowledgeable. In addition very reasonable pricing. We ran into an issue recently where our internet provider wanted to update our router and in doing so, rewired our entire system which caused our computers to lose connection to the network. Trying to obtain resolution and correction through said internet provider created even more issues and headaches and we were without network access for almost 2 weeks. I gave Mark a call who came out next day and had us running again in less than an hour!! I would not trust anyone else to support and manage our computer network other than CSI. We cannot thank them enough.
